All prices are in AUD on this website

Domestic delivery can take 1 to 6 business days. Should there be any issues with your delivery please contact us immediately.
International delivery can take up to 7-20 business days.
Should your order not arrive within the above mentioned timeframes, you must contact us by the 8th business day so immediate action can be taken.

Please Note: It is your responsibility to enter your shipping address correctly on your order.

Cancelling an Order
Cancelling an order would have to be done ASAP by email. Once your order has been despatched it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Back Orders (Special Orders) cannot be cancelled. Back Order products are ordered in specially for your order. (See FAQ's for further information on Back Orders/Special Orders).

Damaged Goods
Should you receive your order and the contents is damaged, you must advise us immediately via email   sales@makeupinaustralia.com.au

Please note: clear photo evidence is required of the damaged item and packaging in which the item was sent to you. 
Please note: there is only a small window for this, you must advise us of any damage problems the same day as receiving the order.

Damaged Goods/Refunds
Replacement only on damaged goods, no refunds.

Loss of Goods
